Every effort is made to bring you the very best products available, however in the event that the product is broken or found to be faulty during the Christmas season, return it to us and we will replace it, in the event that the product is no longer available, we will issue you with store credit.

If the product has been purchased in store please contact us by email info@yourchristmaswarehouse.com.au or phone us on 1300 947 650 you will be welcome to come and discuss with our friendly staff in store.


Its not very Christmas like….but we have to let you know!

- The current Christmas season is 90 days from date of purchase.

- All returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase.

- We do not offer a refund for ‘change of mind’ items.

- If a products has been used in an unreasonable way or damaged while being repacked it may not qualify an exchange or refund.

- In the case of returning a faulty item, the fault must be determined and confirmed by Your Christmas Warehouse prior to any exchange or refund.
