Gift Card Policy

This Gift Card Policy applies to all gift cards issued by Your Christmas Warehouse.

By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Refund and Returns Policy.

1. Validity Period

Gift cards are valid for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the card or required by law.

2. Redemption

Gift cards can be redeemed for eligible products sold by Your Christmas Warehouse, online or in-store (where applicable), up to the value loaded onto the card.

Multiple gift cards may be used in a single transaction if our system permits.

3. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

Gift cards are not refundable, exchangeable for cash, or redeemable for credit or payment of outstanding accounts, except where required by law.

Once issued, gift cards are treated as cash. If lost, stolen or damaged, they will not be replaced or refunded.

4. Partial Redemptions

Where the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card until expiry.

Where the purchase amount exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

5. Expiry

Any unused balance remaining on a gift card at the expiry date will be forfeited and will not be refunded or credited.

6. Use with Promotions

Gift cards may be excluded from certain promotional offers or discounts at our discretion.

7. Refunds on Purchases Made with Gift Cards

Where a refund is approved for a product originally purchased using a gift card, the refund may be issued back to a gift card or store credit in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
