These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Your Christmas Warehouse website and your purchase of products from us.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Preorder Policy and Gift Card Policy.

2. Product Information
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and information are accurate. However:
- Colours, finishes and packaging may vary from images displayed
- Measurements and specifications are approximate
- Errors, omissions or outdated information may occasionally occur
We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order is placed.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
We may modify, discontinue or withdraw products at any time without liability.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing products in your cart or submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of your order. An order is considered accepted only once we process payment and issue an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including due to:

- Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
- Errors in pricing or product information

5. Payment
Payment must be received in full at the time of order via the payment methods made available on our website. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
6. Preorders
Where you place a preorder for products not yet in stock, the specific terms in our Preorder Policy apply in addition to these Terms. By placing a preorder, you accept that:
- Arrival dates are estimates only and subject to change
- Delays do not entitle you to cancel or receive a refund for change of mind
- Store credit, where offered, is at our sole discretion except where otherwise required by law
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping, handling and delivery terms (including timeframes, tracking and lost parcel processes) are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept those terms.
8. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Goods
Our approach to change-of-mind returns, store credit and faulty products is governed by our Refund and Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. You should review that policy before making a purchase.
9. Gift Cards
If you purchase or use gift cards, the specific terms in our Gift Card Policy apply in addition to these Terms.
