Broken Bridge

Some bridges are meant to be burned, but others have already crumbled. There’s no hope of moving on from this overpass! Old stones fall forbiddingly into the rapids below while stubborn vines cling like veins to the dying stonework. The sheer gap promises a watery grave to anyone foolish enough to try to cross. Failed bridge jumpers lay in skeletal ruins on the shore, staring eternally at the side they could never reach.
